  • 1:52:46 AM redacted: Very important news!!! The artist who drew the pictures of the Prophet Muhammed (P.B.U.H)has died in a fire. He was burned alive. Denmark government is hiding the news from the public and everyone has got to know. Plz spread this…. (Its the price one must pay 4 the insult of ‘s Prophet) plz copy and paste this as many ppl… Thank you for your co operation.

    That IM is the only information I have about it. It seems unlikely this would be spread as rumor and not corroborated by any journalists, but I’m not sure who would benefit from falsifying it, either. The viral message appears to have begun before June 13th.

    guyz v shud ve never ignited ourslves in the frist place…. Allah does justice evriwhr….. dere was no use of rios demostrations no nothin but we did it v were fooled by our own faith… v didnt stop n realized if it were Holy Prhophet(P.B.U.H) what wud have he done… if v look at back He (PBUH) even prayed for the ppl who hated him the most insulted him the most he ven prayed for those guys who matryed His(PBUH) tooth….
    Allah is the greatest he has said himself….. “This waorld has been made for the love of Muhammad (PBUH)” therefore He’s the one responsible…. He protects his Quran as he said…. so wont He show the world he cares….
    Allah forgive me if ive said sumfink wrong but ppl try to get a grasp of wht i meen…

    1) Hans asks “who benefits.” Aren’t there many viral memes with benefit unclear?
    4) Why would overseas business partner apologize for posting something that he requested: “Plz spread this?”
    2) Who is Aly? Why is he granted a voice here?

    Because he stepped over the social/business line of demarcation, which is even stronger in his culture than ours.

    Any indication that this is fact yet?
    1) Viral memes with no benefactor:
    The above viral meme could benefit its creator in the same way that all rumors benefit… the thrill of having news, the thrill of creating a hubbub, testing one’s power, feeling listened to and important, what else? The motivation could be wishful thinking.

    What benefit is there to writing viruses?
