There’s not much to report this week.

The HR process at work continues to take a lot of energy, but I cannot complain about the structure that helps me give people the attention everyone deserves. It probably leaves me tired mostly because I’m simultaneously trying to define my own mandate.

I often hold up Netflix as an example of strong product management via experimentation and evidence. But this issue makes me worry they are heavily discounting direct user feedback.
