It’d become clear that my primary challenges at work will be operational structure and rebuilding the workforce. The good news is the team is full of bright people asking for more structure and the company has an intense hiring process that may not be efficient but will bring confidence while growing. Still, I need a management layer to take advantage of either.

Shannon’s farewell to Van Moof was Friday so I’ve finally had a boat party. Great weather, people, and vibes, I feel bad about being on a upward emotional trajectory at work while watching hers run into a brick wall of circumstances beyond her control.
