Wearing an eye patch for diagnostics was more anxiety-inducing than I expected.
Overall, I don’t like my own mental health feels like a low-priority project.
At work, hiring is (predictably) taking more and more of my focus. This is right but also makes me worry about…everything else.

Leaving a note here so I can say “I was right” later: by the time I retire, it will seem quaint that we thought global economics could be understood as the US vs China, ignoring the self-determination of India and African societies.
