Week 0x23

Almost all “fill in the Letta-shaped hole” work. I have not given the agents access to Letta source code, which means the interface boundary is really important. But they are too eager to lean into that and keep trying to make “agent providers” a pluggable idea, which is too much abstraction.

Constantly steering them away from this was too hard with the dogfooding, so I"ve reverted from using bears to Zed’s agent for now. This has made the setback feel real.

I’m still using (Letta-based) bears, though, so I’ve also spent a lot of time on test-deployment stability.
