Week 0x20

Trying to coax an agent to stay on-task continues to be a learning experience for me. While trying to ensure we’re ready for the future I envision, where a bear can recognize a “work surface” like a git repo and associate it with memory, even in new working spaces. Giving the model the context it needs for this, efficiently, is a challenge but I find it genuinely fun to talk to the bear about their environment. I spent a lot of time tweaking the affordances they see for tools.

I also lost a lot of time ironing out session management and continuation problems with the ACP adapter; I understand, now, why the Letta team decided not to bother implementing ACP against their harness.
