I introduced “focus” and checkpointing in an effort to keep pair-stance agent loops on-task and continuing. Along the way, had to mature concurrency of the armature protocol (BearWire) implementation on the server (Den). Also laid the foundation for sandbox work by getting “work surfaces” in place.

I started directing GPT-5.4 through implementation of a huge code-cleanup list that Fable created. Before that, I thought it was finally time to merge into the main branch, which added 111,345 and removed 44,757 lines of code across 854 files over 701 commits. Sheeesh.
