Week 0x2E

Just more work on the “docket controlled” loop management this week. Had some promising runs of sandboxed (work stance) sessions, but I still can’t trust them to kick off or finish so we keep our attention on pair stance.

I feel like it’s a never-ending fight to convince models they need to use SQLx macros and precompile queries. So now we’re gating commits.
